Architecture & construction platform with CRM and CMS
What it does
Complete software for an architecture and home-construction firm: a public site for floor plans, elevations, interiors and turnkey construction with a cost calculator and free-quote flow, plus an admin panel with a CRM for leads, clients, projects and payments and a CMS for designs, rates and packages.
The problem
Design SQR sells 2D and 3D floor plans, front elevations, interiors and turnkey construction across India at a fixed price per square foot. It needed one system for the public site and the business behind it: catching quote requests, following up leads, tracking projects and payments, and changing designs and prices without a developer.
What I built
Wrote the complete software — website, admin panel, CRM and CMS — working with Design SQR's team of IIT and DTU engineers and architects, led by a Council of Architecture–registered architect.
Architecture
- Public website: design catalogue, cost calculator, packages, projects, videos and blog, with a free-quote form for construction, house plans and 3D, interiors and construction drawings.
- Draw-your-floor-plan tool and a free cost estimate on the site.
- CRM: leads, clients, projects, tasks, follow-ups, payments and referrals, with one search across leads, clients and projects.
- Owner dashboard: new and open leads, win rate, active projects, follow-ups and overdue tasks, money received month by month, payments due and overdue.
- CMS: designs, design rates and packages are edited in the admin panel's Website section.
- Sample-data mode, so the CRM can be shown busy and then cleared in one click before going live.
